Supervisor, Manufacturing - Imaging (BCS)

Location: St Charles, Illinois, United States. Onsite role at the Wallace Ave, BCS Imaging Department. Available shifts: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM or 10:00 PM–6:00 AM.

Salary: $75,000–$87,000 yearly. The national pay range is $68,500–$106,900 annually, with the actual offer varying by location, education, skills, experience, performance, and shift.

What you will do

• Supervise employees across imaging, dock, and mailroom departments.
• Coordinate work across shifts, departments, customer service, scheduling teams, other locations, and vendors.
• Plan and adjust departmental workflow to support timely production and shipment of customer products.
• Set and monitor safety, quality, continuous improvement, and KPI goals.
• Manage hiring recommendations, promotions, recognition, disciplinary actions, training, and employee relations documentation.
• Track labor costs and departmental expenditures, provide management reporting, and troubleshoot operational issues.

Requirements

• Broad technical knowledge of commercial print and/or fulfillment operations.
• At least 3 years of experience managing a comprehensive multi-shift department in a manufacturing environment; printing or fulfillment experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage people, direct work activities, communicate effectively, multitask, and reprioritize.
• Knowledge of Windows applications, Microsoft Office products, database systems, manufacturing processes, ISO procedures, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to learn new systems, solve problems proactively, drive results, and improve processes.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with WCSS, WBS, Monarch Foundation, DPrint, and FM Pro ship schedules.
• Printing or fulfillment environment experience.
