Maintenance Tech - 12 Hour Night Shift

What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair a wide variety of production equipment and facility systems.
• Maintain high-pressure steam boilers and perform mechanical equipment installation, assembly, and disassembly.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, P&IDs, technical drawings, and equipment installation specifications.
• Troubleshoot electro-mechanical equipment and perform light fabrication and construction.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, respond to on-call requirements, and cover other shifts when needed.
• Maintain production equipment, facilities, and grounds, including snow removal when necessary, while supporting a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of related maintenance experience and knowledge of general maintenance practices.
• Associate degree in electro-mechanical technology is desired, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and the ability to work independently and prioritize work effectively.
• Ability to use a CMMS work order system and recommend and implement process improvements.
• Ability to work 9–12 hour days, stand for several hours, operate production equipment for extended periods, and lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Due to ITAR requirements, applicants must be US citizens or permanent residents.
