Maintenance Technician - Midnight Shift (Group C)

Location: Reno, Nevada, USA; onsite midnight shift. Shift C runs Sunday to Tuesday in week one and Sunday to Wednesday in week two, from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Salary: $32.69 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential.

What you will do

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and other industrial equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, calibration, and equipment inspections.
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and other building systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures, respond to urgent breakdowns, and minimize operational disruption.
• Maintain safety documentation, equipment logs, repair records, maintenance schedules, parts inventories, and tool inventories.
• Coordinate with operations, production, facilities teams, vendors, and contractors on maintenance work and improvements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance.
• Required experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Required basic welding, machining, and hand-tool experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education or certification may be required for some positions.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and perform physical equipment-repair tasks.
• Ability to follow GMP, safety, and regulatory standards while working independently and managing multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Exposure to PLC and VFD programming or troubleshooting.
• Experience with equipment or facility maintenance beyond the minimum requirement.
