Early Careers - Change Management Analyst Intern (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid internship in Richardson, Texas, with office attendance required at the Richardson HQ; flex employees are expected to be in the office at least three days per week.

Salary: $19.13–$34.17 per hour.

What you will do

• Own components of project work and assigned deliverables with guidance from a mentor and manager.
• Conduct research, analyze data and information, and develop recommendations for business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Support initiatives that improve business outcomes and member and client experience.
• Prepare and deliver a final internship presentation covering project results and recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and corporate compliance policies.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree as a rising senior, preferably in computer science, information technology, or information systems; other majors may be considered.
• Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Availability for the full ten-week paid internship.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills, with practical experience using Office 365 and virtual collaboration tools.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of software development and deployment.
• Prior technical internship or related work experience.
• Volunteer, leadership, IT association, or technical competition experience.
