Analyst (Medicaid Healthcare Consulting)

Location: Hybrid in Phoenix, Arizona; Seattle, Washington; Minneapolis, Minnesota; or Atlanta, Georgia, with at least three days per week in the office.

Salary: $68,000 in Phoenix and Minneapolis; $73,000 in Atlanta and Seattle.

What you will do

• Analyze healthcare, financial, claims, and other detailed data using Excel and database management software.
• Develop reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and analytical materials.
• Support projects related to government-sponsored health and welfare programs, including Medicaid and Medicare.
• Collaborate with consultants and colleagues on multifaceted client projects.
• Contribute to projects across the Government Human Consulting practice as client needs evolve.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with graduation expected in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Concentration in economics, finance, accounting, business analytics, mathematics, statistics, or a related analytical field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Permanent and ongoing legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions for organizing and interpreting data.

Nice to have

• Experience with complex financial or actuarial models.
• Knowledge of data analysis, project management, and presentation design.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced consulting environment.
