Pharmacy Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Remote or hybrid in Pennsylvania, United States. Employees residing within 50 miles of the corporate office must work onsite Tuesday through Thursday.

What you will do

• Research pharmacy projects, analyze data and business processes, and identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements.
• Develop and evaluate pharmacy products and benefit solutions, including feasibility, implementation, quality, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Translate business needs into documented requirements, functional designs, system specifications, and change requests.
• Lead or contribute to projects across Pharmacy Markets, including vendor oversight, audits, testing, measurement, and action plans.
• Monitor regulatory, legislative, contractual, and industry changes and advise stakeholders on their impact.
• Resolve escalated and complex issues while communicating recommendations to business owners, management, steering committees, and project sponsors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Project management experience required.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to assess patterns, trends, root causes, policies, options, and potential solutions.
• Ability to present to technical, non-technical, and customer audiences.

Nice to have

• Healthcare experience.
• Six Sigma certification or experience.
