Business Transformation Project Manager (Packaging)

Location: Brampton, Ontario, Canada; primarily office-based at the Menasha Packaging site with occasional time in production or warehouse settings.

Salary: CAD 75,000–90,000 annually.

What you will do

• Lead business transformation initiatives from project initiation through implementation, stabilization, and closeout.
• Maintain project charters, schedules, RAID logs, decision records, change requests, lessons learned, and other ePMO deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams, meetings, workshops, governance sessions, and decision-making activities.
• Prepare project status reports, executive dashboards, governance updates, and portfolio health metrics.
• Drive roadmap execution, benefits realization, risk mitigation, dependency management, and action-item closure.
• Lead change management, communications, organizational readiness, and transition to operational ownership while supporting food safety, quality, HACCP, and GMP compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience supporting projects, programs, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience with PMO, ePMO, business transformation, process improvement, or technology transformation environments.
• Working knowledge of waterfall, agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Strong organization, coordination, prioritization, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including PivotTables, INDEX/MATCH lookups, and nested IF formulas, plus familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.

Nice to have

• CAPM®, PMP®, or another project management certification, or progress toward certification.
