What you will do

  • Lead planning studies and assessments for commercial terminal expansions, airport and landside master plans, program implementation, and advisory services.
  • Scope and deliver projects covering terminal, airfield, apron, and landside planning.
  • Analyze demand and capacity data, conduct benchmarking, and apply modeling and simulation tools.
  • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
  • Lead project meetings, support business development, and engage with industry stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide project direction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Planning, Urban Planning, Aviation, or a related field.
  • 5–7+ years of airport planning experience with strong terminal planning expertise.
  • Knowledge of airport operations, passenger flows, facilities, and landside and airfield interfaces.
  • Experience delivering and managing commercial terminal planning projects at small, medium, or large hub airports.
  • Strong proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, including experience guiding teams and engaging clients.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, or modeling tools.
  • Familiarity with U.S. and international airport planning standards, regulatory frameworks, and customer experience considerations.
