Sr Analyst, Warehouse Financial Performance

hirify.global is a global food manufacturing company with a Logistics Finance function supporting warehouse and supply chain performance.

What you will do

• Track and report warehouse financial KPIs, including throughput, capacity utilization, labor, and third-party logistics costs.
• Monitor warehouse cost performance against the Latest Estimate and Annual Operating Plan, identifying variances, anomalies, risks, and potential overruns.
• Develop dashboards and financial visibility tools to support data-driven decisions.
• Partner with Warehouse Operations, Logistics Procurement, and FP&A to create corrective action plans and explain operational cost drivers.
• Calculate and validate productivity savings, monitor financial action plans, and support month-end close and forecasting.
• Prepare cost analyses and financial scenarios for contract negotiations while supporting finance transformation, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, Logistics Finance, Operations Finance, Cost Analysis, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience partnering with operations, supply chain, logistics, procurement, or warehouse teams.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cost management, and management reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency and understanding of warehouse and logistics metrics.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP, ERP platforms, or financial planning systems.
• Experience with productivity, savings, automation, or process improvement initiatives.
