Financial & Planning Specialist (LAC)

Location: Mexico City, Arcos Bosques; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients

What you will do

• Analyze financial KPIs, including sales, expenses, profit margins, and unexpected variances.
• Develop financial models, budgets, quarterly forecasts, and operating projections.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc performance reports during the month-end close process.
• Provide data-driven analysis and recommendations to management and department leaders.
• Evaluate financial plans, potential returns, and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare financial presentations, charts, graphs, and econometric models while maintaining financial databases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant financial planning and analysis experience, preferably in a multinational company.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Advanced English proficiency required in both written and spoken communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Cliq.
