What you will do

  • Perform complex financial analysis for business functions and units, identifying issues and recommending solutions.
  • Drive weekly, monthly, and long-term forecasting by analyzing business trends and aligning plans with objectives.
  • Provide guidance on controls, budgeting, planning, return-on-investment decisions, and business strategies.
  • Represent Finance in cross-functional teams and advise business leaders in decision-making.
  • Lead moderate- to high-complexity projects and prepare professionally written reports.
  • Mentor lower-level roles and support policy, process, and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

  • Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
  • Typically 4–7 years of experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field; an advanced degree may substitute for part of the experience.
  • Experience with accounting, auditing, corporate finance, financial analysis, financial modeling, financial planning, and financial statements.
  • Knowledge of internal controls, generally accepted accounting principles, KPIs, P&L management, and variance analysis.
  • Experience with SAP applications, automation, data analysis, and process improvement.
  • Onsite work in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico is required; relocation is not offered.

Nice to have

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
  • Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) certification.
