Sr Commercial HVAC Technician - Realty Investors - SS

Location: Ohio - Columbus Metro, United States. On-site building maintenance role with overtime, non-standard or rotating shifts, outdoor work, and work at heights as required.

Salary: $55,700-$83,500 expected starting annual range; national range $55,700-$103,500.

What you will do

• Perform advanced HVAC service, diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and operational support for commercial facilities.
• Maintain and troubleshoot TRANE controls, digitally controlled building management systems, HVAC equipment, and related software devices.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, structural, and utility systems.
• Inspect systems and equipment, test water and life safety systems, and administer chemical treatment programs.
• Respond to customer service requests, maintenance issues, fire system alerts, and emergency calls.
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced staff while following safety, environmental, and company standards.

Requirements

• At least four years of related work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong experience with commercial HVAC systems and TRANE controls.
• Knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, life safety, motor control, vibration analysis, equipment balancing, plumbing, refrigeration, and electrical systems.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and electrical schematics and test mechanical systems and components.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds, move up to 100 pounds, climb, balance, work from heights, and work in a building maintenance environment.
