What you will do

• Execute CAB and ECAB decisions for high-impact changes, including escalation and delegation.
• Integrate change governance with release weekends, blackout and freeze calendars, platform migrations, security initiatives, and major vendor upgrades.
• Assess change risk against customer and advisor impact, market hours, money movement, trading, and critical client-facing paths.
• Represent change governance to senior technology, risk, and audit stakeholders while managing policy exceptions and freeze decisions.
• Drive change-control adoption across applications, infrastructure, cloud, data, and security, aligning with CMDB, disaster recovery, resiliency, and vulnerability remediation processes.
• Define KPIs and KRIs, analyze failed changes and rollbacks, sponsor corrective actions, and prepare materials for QBRs, audit committees, and executives.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in technology operations, production support, release management, or change governance in a large enterprise.
• 5+ years leading change governance, CAB/ECAB, or ITSM process ownership at scale.
• 5+ years of experience in a regulated financial services environment, such as broker-dealer, banking, or insurance technology.
• 5+ years of experience with ITIL change enablement and production control design.
• 5+ years of enterprise-level ServiceNow Change and CMDB experience, including workflow design, governance reporting, and audit evidence.
• Strong executive communication, analytical, problem-solving, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
