Talent Acquisition Manager (Commercial Bank)

Location: Johnston, Rhode Island; Charlotte, North Carolina; New York, New York; or Westwood, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $135,000–$173,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead a high-performing talent acquisition team focused on attracting and hiring top talent.
• Develop recruiting strategies aligned with Commercial Bank business priorities and talent segments.
• Improve recruiting processes through data, technology, AI, and industry best practices.
• Partner with talent advisors, hiring managers, Rewards, HR, and business leaders.
• Lead transformation, process improvement, and change across the recruiting organization.
• Use market insights and emerging technology to improve hiring outcomes and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 8 years of progressive Talent Acquisition or related talent experience, including people leadership.
• Experience developing recruiting strategies for complex Commercial Bank talent segments, preferably Capital Markets, Treasury, or Middle Market.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting, talent assessment, workforce planning, and candidate experience.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Experience using data and market insights to improve outcomes and leading transformation, process improvement, or technology adoption.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.
