Commercial Banking Talent Acquisition Partner (Commercial Banking)

Location: Chicago, IL; in-office 2 days per week

Salary: $110,000–$125,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and location.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for specialized Commercial Banking roles, from sourcing and screening through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams on workforce needs and hiring decisions.
• Build diverse talent pipelines using online tools, internal systems, professional networks, and creative sourcing methods.
• Manage candidate communications and deliver a timely, professional candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews, competitive offers, background checks, and onboarding activities.
• Follow recruitment policies, controls, and governance requirements while supporting a strong risk culture.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of recruitment experience, preferably within Commercial Banking or Financial Services.
• Experience managing high-volume requisitions, competing priorities, and specialized hiring processes.
• Strong relationship management, communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Experience with talent sourcing, online recruiting resources, and applicant tracking systems.
• Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Legally eligible to work in the specified US location; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
