Service Operations Manager (Wind Energy) - Scioto Ridge Wind Farm

Location: Belle Center, Ohio, United States of America; onsite at the Scioto Ridge wind farm. Requires 10% domestic travel.

What you will do

• Lead strategic planning and daily execution of wind farm service operations to maximize turbine availability, energy production, and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor operational, financial, and safety KPIs and present performance reports to senior management.
• Establish and enforce HSE standards, lead incident investigations, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead, mentor, schedule, and develop site technicians and support staff.
• Manage customer relationships, service obligations, site budgets, and full P&L accountability.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in wind, renewable energy, or a related industrial sector.
• Demonstrated experience with full P&L responsibility in a complex operational environment.
• Experience leading a team is required.
• Strong strategic, commercial, problem-solving, KPI reporting, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work onsite at the Scioto Ridge wind farm in Belle Center, Ohio, with 10% domestic travel.
