Info Ops Quality Assurance Analyst (Financial Services)

Location: Rockville, Maryland, United States; hybrid work with defined in-person presence requirements

Salary: $83,300–$148,600 annually for work performed in Maryland, Virginia, Massachusetts, or Washington, DC; ranges vary by location.

What you will do

• Conduct statistical sampling, quality-control reviews, and compliance checks across Information Operations activities, systems, and records.
• Review account creation, deletion, and modification documentation in the hirify.global Entitlement Platform to prevent unauthorized access.
• Analyze fingerprint-processing, name-check, DOJ, FBI, and SEC-related data for demographic accuracy and correct disposition uploads.
• Maintain QC statistics, perform root-cause and trend analysis, and prepare reports on risk areas, training needs, and recurring errors.
• Present findings to QA leadership, support action plans, and develop or revise processes to address operational risks and gaps.
• Communicate issue resolutions, provide guidance and training to QA staff, and support special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience using research or analytical skills, quality control, and/or root-cause and trend analysis.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, writing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in a Windows PC environment, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to extract and work with data from databases and reporting systems.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with defined in-person presence in Rockville, Maryland.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hirify.global systems such as Web CRD, IARD, OATS, eFOCUS, Web EFT, and Empower ID.
• Experience with entitlement management, access control, or identity governance.
• Experience in regulatory, compliance, financial services, government, or law enforcement data environments.
• Advanced Excel skills or experience with other data analysis tools.
• Experience developing or delivering training.
