Business Analyst - IT Specialist - Compliance & Regulatory Technology (RegTech)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid with at least 3 days onsite per week

Salary: USD 130,000–155,000 per year

What you will do

• Gather, document, and analyze business, functional, and technical requirements with Compliance, IT, business, and vendor stakeholders.
• Support the configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live delivery of a RegTech solution.
• Perform gap analyses and map current-state and future-state processes for regulatory and compliance workflows.
• Coordinate UAT, including test-case creation, execution, defect tracking, and solution validation.
• Support data migration and integration through data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with governance teams, Head Office stakeholders, and external vendors to support timely delivery and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in financial services.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS or enterprise software implementation projects.
• Experience coordinating UAT and managing testing deliverables.
• Familiarity with data integration, data migration, user access management, and software delivery lifecycles.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; hirify.global does not sponsor U.S. work permits or employment visas.

Nice to have

• Experience with Compliance, GRC, RegTech, or regulatory reporting platforms.
• Knowledge of regulatory inventory, obligation management, and compliance risk management.
• Experience supporting API and system integration projects.
• French fluency.
