Market Development Advisor (Medicaid)

Location: Remote Ohio; candidates residing in Ohio or a bordering state are preferred. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $94,900–$130,500 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate complex operational and strategic initiatives supporting market development goals.
• Develop, communicate, and implement project plans, operational plans, schedules, and work plans.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal business partners and external stakeholders.
• Address ambiguous operational challenges by assessing dependencies, defining actionable approaches, and driving issues through resolution.
• Prepare reports, facilitate meetings, communicate recommendations, and establish priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in Medicaid and/or health plan operations.
• 3+ years of experience leading large-scale projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Experience building and maintaining effective relationships in a highly matrixed environment.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Remote work requires a dedicated workspace protecting member PHI/HIPAA information and internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

Nice to have

• Residence in Ohio or a bordering state.
• PMP, Agile, and/or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience applying project management and process improvement methodologies.
