Manager, Payer Integration

Location: Remote, United States

Annual base salary: $119,000–$164,000, plus potential discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Manage Payer Integration Managers and lead health plan integrations through implementation and launch.
• Act as a subject-matter expert for the Health Plan Integration product, supporting training, problem solving, and product input.
• Support business development, product design, sales conversations, and customer experience initiatives related to payer integrations.
• Consult on payer integration and billing for future products and services.
• Collaborate with Billing, Marketing, Product, Health Plan, Health System, Customer Support, and Provider teams.
• Build relationships with health plan stakeholders and solve complex setup challenges across different plans.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• College degree or equivalent applicable management experience.
• Experience with employer-sponsored health benefits and preferably with a health plan.
• Strong oral and written communication, listening, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
• Strong project management skills and experience building scalable processes.
• Experience working with customers and implementing digital products or services in coordination with health plans.
