Director, Health Plan Programs and Initiatives (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in Oregon, United States. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $107,700–$199,300 per year

What you will do

• Provide strategic and operational insights to senior leadership to support market initiatives and growth plans.
• Coordinate project and initiative updates for leadership meetings and act as the President’s liaison to market teams and corporate departments.
• Identify impacts, risks, and interdependencies and monitor action plans and integration activities.
• Oversee internal and external meeting materials and lead the development of Business Review presentations.
• Manage special projects and committees while supporting strategy, planning, business development, and information requests.
• Coordinate with the CFO on the Annual Operating Plan and related market forecasting materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, Health Care Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in strategic planning or business development.
• U.S. work authorization without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience managing large projects and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Oregon Medicaid and prior health plan experience are highly preferred.
