Fullfillment Supervisor

Location: Greenville, South Carolina, USA; onsite warehouse-floor position

Salary: $58,000–$75,000 annually

What you will do

• Supervise a warehouse team to meet production, distribution, quality, safety, budget, and deadline objectives.
• Coordinate, assign, prioritize, review, and demonstrate work activities for team members.
• Train employees on safety procedures, equipment use, performance standards, and company policies.
• Conduct performance reviews, address disciplinary matters, and maintain a motivated and fair work environment.
• Monitor working conditions and report accidents or incidents in accordance with company procedures.
• Resolve personnel and quality issues using problem-solving methods such as 8D, 5 Why, and Kaizen.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and strong interpersonal communication abilities.
• Warehouse experience with forklifts, packing, and measuring.
• Leadership and team-building experience, including experience from non-business organizations.
• Ability to understand equipment and tolerances based on prior experience and performance.
• Safety-sensitive role requiring successful pre-employment drug testing, which may include marijuana testing where permitted by law.

Nice to have

• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of metals staging, processing, packaging, and shipping.
• First aid and CPR training.
• Exposure to labor relations, safety programs, ISO standards, lean practices, and sales functions.
