People Leader Enablement Specialist

Location: Remote

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 per year, depending on geographic location, experience, and skills.

What you will do

• Develop and evolve the people leader enablement approach across onboarding, transitions, performance, engagement, talent development, career conversations, and change.
• Consult with Clinical Operations leaders, Directors, senior leaders, and other people leaders to identify capability and performance gaps.
• Translate organizational priorities and People practices into practical expectations, tools, guidance, and performance support.
• Enable leaders to apply coaching, feedback, recognition, development, performance, and talent-readiness practices consistently.
• Partner with Organizational Development, People Partners, Performance and Engagement, People Experience, and business leadership.
• Measure utilization, feedback, adoption, and business impact to simplify, improve, standardize, and scale enablement solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Learning and Development, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in leadership enablement, performance management, employee engagement, organizational development, learning and development, or a related area.
• Experience consulting with and enabling leaders across multiple levels, including operational leaders, Directors, and senior leadership.
• Knowledge of coaching, feedback, performance management, engagement, recognition, career and development conversations, talent readiness, and leading through change.
• Strong facilitation, consultation, communication, stakeholder-management, project-management, analytical, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 is required; experience applying digital tools, generative AI, automation, or emerging technologies is expected.
