Training Coordinator

Location: Remote - US

Base pay: $48,000–$66,500 USD annually

What you will do

• Deliver new-hire and upskilling training using standardized agendas and trainer guides.
• Develop training content and serve as a subject matter expert during training initiatives and operational testing.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify low performers, and create targeted improvement plans.
• Manage classroom dynamics, reinforce behavioral expectations, and escalate persistent issues.
• Support members and corporate partners by phone, email, and chat, including reservation management and complex issue resolution.
• Maintain precise interaction records and collaborate with agents and partner teams throughout the shift.

Requirements

• 1+ years of training delivery experience in a BPO or high-volume call center, or teaching experience.
• Expert proficiency with Zoom, Google Workspace, LMS platforms, and project management tools; Asana is preferred.
• Ability to navigate multiple online portals and operating systems and interpret QA and CSAT data.
• Strong verbal and written communication, conflict-management, organization, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and flexible schedules, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Strong customer-service orientation and willingness to support guest and member needs.

Nice to have

• Experience creating videos, slide decks, one-pagers, and other learning materials.
• Knowledge of Cryptic GDS workflows or hospitality and lodging travel operations.
• Familiarity with SPRK and other NDC platforms.
