Director, Content & Digital Experience (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within the United States; associated with Baltimore, Maryland

Salary: $175,000–$190,000 per year

What you will do

• Own website strategy, information architecture, page strategy, conversion journeys, and roadmap prioritization.
• Lead organic search performance and GEO efforts for visibility in AI answer engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
• Set content strategy and editorial priorities across the website, blog, and gated assets.
• Direct web development priorities, including page builds, technical SEO fixes, site performance, and the development queue.
• Coordinate design priorities for web and content assets while maintaining alignment with Creative.
• Partner with Marketing Intelligence & Ops on instrumentation, attribution, pipeline measurement, and performance reporting.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in content, SEO, or digital marketing.
• Direct experience owning a company website as a strategic asset.
• Working knowledge of technical SEO and emerging GEO practices.
• Technical fluency sufficient to scope web development work, set priorities, and evaluate timelines without being a developer.
• Experience managing a small cross-functional team of writers, developers, and designers.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States.
