Payroll and Benefits Specialist - London (UK Payroll): Managing end-to-end UK payroll and benefits administration for SKIMS's growing EMEA operation with an accent on HMRC compliance, statutory reporting, pension administration, and UKG systems. Focus on building scalable payroll processes, supporting EMEA country expansion, and maintaining accurate payroll delivery across multiple deadlines.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end UK payroll processing in UKG OneView, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely delivery.
- Manage HMRC submissions, including RTI filings, P45s, P60s, P11D reporting, statutory payments, and auto-enrolment obligations.
- Administer UK benefits, including pension enrolment, salary exchange, Royal London portal management, and provider reporting.
- Manage UKG WFM Time & Attendance data flows and resolve discrepancies before payroll processing.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and external providers to improve payroll systems, controls, documentation, and processes.
- Support payroll and compliance requirements for new EMEA country launches as the business expands.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of payroll experience, ideally managing payroll independently or within a small team.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of UK payroll legislation, HMRC requirements, RTI, statutory payments, and auto-enrolment.
- Experience with payroll systems; UKG OneView is strongly preferred.
- Experience with P11D, P45, and P60 reporting, benefits administration, pension schemes, and salary exchange.
- Experience with system implementations or migrations and the ability to manage multiple deadlines accurately.
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with UKG WFM or an equivalent Time & Attendance system.
- Knowledge of payroll legislation and practices in Italy and/or France.
- Exposure to multi-country EMEA payroll and experience in retail or a high-growth consumer brand.
- CIPP qualification or equivalent.
- Proficiency in a second European language.
