Senior Workplace Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Onsite in Dallas, TX or Denver, CO, United States. Regular travel of up to 50%, including international travel, is required for site mobilizations and quality-control visits.

Compensation: $140,000–$170,000 per year plus bonus, with Restricted Stock Units included in all offers.

What you will do

• Build and scale the Colocation & Spark workplace program, including standards, service levels, and site-mobilization playbooks.
• Own workplace operations across a distributed portfolio using reporting, systems, and remote monitoring to keep sites functional and issues visible.
• Manage vendors, landlords, facilities services, maintenance issues, contracts, escalations, and portfolio budgets.
• Deliver consistent employee, visitor, executive, VIP, and prospective-client experiences across remote sites.
• Oversee food, beverage, office amenities, catering, and connection-focused events for distributed teams.
• Hire, manage, and develop Workplace Coordinators across domestic and international locations while traveling regularly for site visits.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, or multi-site operations, preferably in a fast-growing company.
• Experience building programs, standards, or playbooks without an established precedent.
• Proven experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and landlord or building-management relationships.
• Experience managing and developing distributed direct reports across multiple countries and time zones.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with People, Construction, Facilities, Operations, IT, and Security.
• Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX or Denver, CO and travel regularly, including internationally.

Nice to have

• Experience working in data center environments.
• Familiarity with remote-monitoring or facilities ticketing systems.
• Experience scaling a function during rapid geographic growth.
