IT Support Technician Associate (Winter 2027) (Aerospace)

Location: San Francisco, United States; onsite role

Base salary: $1,750 per week

What you will do

• Assist with IT support tickets, troubleshooting, escalations, account management, and password resets.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and computer provisioning.
• Manage IT inventory and maintain documentation for infrastructure, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades and larger IT projects.
• Work with engineering teams supporting the development and manufacturing of space hardware.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve IT challenges and provide user support.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and a strong interest in helping and teaching others.
• Understanding of troubleshooting techniques and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, and/or Linux.
• Ability to take notes, remember directions, and work autonomously with limited supervision.
• Must have U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or refugee/asylee status.

Nice to have

• Network troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting or updating scripts.
• Ability to replace hardware in laptops and desktops.
