What you will do

• Lead and develop diverse teams of Project Managers, Product Owners, and digital transformation professionals.
• Translate strategic business objectives into digital portfolio roadmaps, priorities, and initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end process optimization across Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and IT.
• Use SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, automation, analytics, and AI to transform business processes.
• Manage strategic decisions, risks, resources, roadblocks, and delivery across complex global programs.
• Build alignment with senior stakeholders and internal and external partners across functions and regions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in digital transformation, enterprise IT, Procurement, Supply Chain, or cross-functional transformation.
• Proven experience leading senior professionals and multidisciplinary teams across functions and regions.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and dependencies across Procurement, Accounting, Finance, Logistics, Quality, and IT.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba or comparable platforms, AI, automation, and data analytics.
• Strong program and project management expertise, from strategy through execution.
• High international mobility, intercultural competence, and willingness to travel globally.
