What you will do

• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from problem definition through execution.
• Track business metrics, identify performance gaps and translate analysis into concrete actions.
• Assess business opportunities and risks and provide actionable recommendations.
• Improve processes, governance and operating mechanisms to increase efficiency and accountability.
• Identify practical applications of AI and automation to simplify workflows and improve productivity.
• Coordinate Commercial, Operations, Finance, Product and other functions to align priorities and resolve dependencies.

Requirements

• Experience in strategy, business or commercial operations, supply chain, program management or a related field.
• Experience in e-commerce or retail is advantageous, with understanding of pricing, selection, availability, promotions, commercial terms and vendor management valued.
• Track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience using data to influence decisions and improve business performance.
• Strong business judgment, problem-solving skills and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across functions and seniority levels, with practical understanding of AI, automation and new technologies.
