Specialist, Integration/Test Engineering (Electronic Warfare)

Location: Clifton, New Jersey, United States; onsite environmental test facility. Third-shift schedule; other shifts may be considered.

Salary: $88,500–$164,500 annually for applicable locations including New Jersey.

What you will do

• Perform environmental stress screening and qualification testing for electronic warfare products.
• Set up, operate, and monitor temperature, vibration, altitude, and humidity test equipment.
• Instrument qualification units and coordinate with managers, engineers, technicians, and customers.
• Report test information, track issues, and communicate status and next actions.
• Participate in failure root cause analysis and department activities.
• Train personnel in similar test engineering roles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree and at least 2 years of related experience.
• Applicants without a degree must have at least 8 years of related experience.
• Strong hands-on skills and a good understanding of electronic circuits.
• Instrumentation experience and the ability to work independently after onboarding and training.
• Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance; security clearances may only be granted to US citizens.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Previous environmental testing or laboratory hands-on experience.
• Ability to follow production schedules and traveler sequences.
