Principal Engineer - Radar & Systems Specialist (Radar)

What you will do

• Provide technical expertise on foreign threat radars and air defense systems.
• Lead and mentor personnel supporting Scientific and Technical Intelligence analysis contracts.
• Develop relationships with senior military and civilian US Government representatives, Intelligence Community organizations, US allies, and commercial customers.
• Identify strategic teaming opportunities and evaluate new business opportunities and competitive strategies.
• Summarize technical and market information for management and technical staff, including recommendations for strategic next steps.
• Develop radar and all-source analysis capabilities and strategic plans supporting short- and long-range business objectives.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Counterintelligence polygraph.
• Engineering degree and strong communication skills.
• At least 30 years of related experience in Scientific and Technical Intelligence analysis.
• Knowledge of Intelligence Community and Department of War markets, technical S&TI sources, and foreign weapon systems.
• Experience with interagency and allied partners on intelligence analysis and operational support.
• Experience performing engineering analysis of foreign weapon systems.

• Experience developing and leading engineers, analysts, and team leaders from graduate to experienced levels.
• Extensive experience delivering formal presentations to government customers and senior leadership.
