Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define recruiting strategies, role requirements, and candidate profiles.
• Source, screen, interview, assess, and present candidates for technical, corporate, professional, and leadership roles.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, offers, and negotiations with HR and Compensation teams.
• Support diversity recruitment, talent community engagement, and continuous improvement of the candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the technology industry.
• Experience recruiting for technical, corporate, and professional-level roles and building passive-candidate pipelines.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Lever, Greenhouse, Workday, or similar tools.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, communication, relationship-building, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools; ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting SaaS, cybersecurity, software, or technology organizations.
• International or multi-region recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership on strategic hiring initiatives.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, AIRS, or similar professional certification.
