Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within the U.S. West Coast or East Coast

hirify.global is hiring a contract talent acquisition professional to support recruitment across the business.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance for assigned priority roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, create interview plans, and accelerate hiring decisions.
• Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Provide clear, timely communication and a consistent candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in Lever ATS.
• Document learnings and recommend improvements to the hiring process by the end of the engagement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity.
• Experience hiring for technical roles such as engineering, product, or security and/or go-to-market roles such as sales, customer success, or marketing.
• Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Hands-on ATS experience; Lever and Gem experience is a plus.
• Experience recruiting across multiple regions or time zones, including North America, EMEA, or APAC, is highly desirable.
• Previous contract or project-based recruitment experience and the ability to ramp up quickly.
