VP, Reporting & Analytics – Patient Services (Healthcare Analytics)

Location: Mason, Ohio, USA; office-based role

Salary: USD 155,000–190,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, development, and delivery of reporting, analytics, and insights solutions for Patient Services clients.
• Manage onsite and offshore analysts delivering actionable reporting, data deep dives, root-cause analyses, and KPI-driven outcomes.
• Define strategic roadmaps and scalable best practices for Patient Services analytics offerings.
• Partner with Client Services, Operations, Product, Innovation, Data, IT, QA, and technical teams to deliver solutions and document requirements.
• Support proposals, pitches, marketing initiatives, client presentations, and account growth.
• Lead hiring, performance management, talent development, resource planning, and team priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, health policy, STEM, business, engineering, economics, statistics, or an equivalent field.
• 12+ years of experience with healthcare data, especially patient-level data and Patient Services analytics.
• Expert-level hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Experience with Python, machine learning, statistical and advanced analytics, and data modeling.
• Strong client consulting, executive communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and business development skills.
• Experience with SFDC, pharmacy and internal databases, JIRA, Smartsheet, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Tableau Desktop or Power BI certification.
• AWS certification.
• PMP or PgMP certification.
• Patient Services expertise in program strategy and affordability solutions.
