Email Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: New York City, New York, United States. Employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $125,000–$140,000 per year, plus equity eligibility and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the email channel for employer and broker audiences from strategy through execution.
• Build and manage nurture journeys in HubSpot, including first-touch, re-engagement, and lifecycle programs.
• Create one-to-one email sequences for BDR and sales follow-up after marketing engagements.
• Manage the email calendar, newsletter, webinar promotion, and event communications.
• Write email copy for benefits leaders and health insurance brokers.
• Maintain database health through segmentation, suppression, deliverability, testing, reporting, and optimization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of B2B email or lifecycle marketing experience with end-to-end program ownership.
• Experience building workflows, segments, and tests in HubSpot or a similar platform.
• Strong writing skills and original B2B email samples.
• Ability to analyze email and funnel data, including clicks, conversions, and pipeline.
• Working knowledge of deliverability, list hygiene, and email compliance.
• Fluency applying AI to write, test, and scale email programs.
