(Senior) FP&A Analyst (Technology)

Location: Cologne, Germany; work from home may be arranged individually for eligible roles, including up to 20 days per year anywhere in the EU.

What you will do

• Support financial planning and budgeting for the Technology and IT organization.
• Analyze costs, investments, financial performance, variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare management reports and translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Support business cases and investment decisions through financial analysis.
• Ensure accurate Technology cost treatment, including CapEx and OpEx classification.
• Improve and automate FP&A processes, reporting, and cost transparency using AI.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in FP&A or Controlling.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with financial data and large datasets.
• AI-first mindset and strong interest in Technology, digital business models, or eCommerce.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to turn financial analysis into clear, actionable insights.
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable collaborating with stakeholders in an international, fast-paced environment.

• Experience with business cases or investment analysis.
