FP&A Controller (Renewable Energy)

What you will do

• Build and implement a risk management framework across the value chain and integrate it into financial planning.
• Prepare regular risk reporting for the CFO and senior leadership, translating project and market risks into actionable insights.
• Maintain long-term financial models with sensitivity analyses and scenarios covering power prices, cost inflation, supply chain volatility, interest rates, and financing risks.
• Build risk dashboards and early warning indicators across the project portfolio.
• Link individual project risks to Group performance and liquidity planning.
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, financial planning tool development, and presentations for top management and shareholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Controlling, or Finance.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in Group or Corporate Controlling, FP&A, or Risk Management in multinational companies.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel with add-ins and PowerPoint.
• Experience with integrated ERP systems such as Navision Dynamics, Business Central, or SAP.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and financial planning or modelling tools such as Lucanet.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; German is advantageous.
