Business Unit Controller (AI Finance)

What you will do

• Act as the finance business partner for assigned Business Unit management teams and connect them with HQ Controlling.
• Monitor Business Unit and country performance, including profitability, cash flow, KPIs, OPEX, and overhead costs.
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, variance analysis, risk identification, and opportunity tracking.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages and management presentations.
• Drive reporting automation, process improvements, financial transparency, and the implementation of planning and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Project Finance, Group Accounting, and other global functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Controlling, FP&A, Corporate Controlling, or Finance in an international environment.
• Strong understanding of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Business fluency in English is required.
• Experience with ERP, BI, and planning tools such as Business Central, LucaNet, xP&A, and Power BI is required, together with experience in or enthusiasm for AI-driven finance solutions.
