Finance Business Partner (Commercial & Supply Chain) (E-commerce/Retail): Building financial plans, forecasts, and business cases that support purchasing, working capital, pricing, product portfolio, and supply-chain decisions across a digital consumer brand portfolio with an accent on profitability analysis, operational KPIs, and financial modelling. Focus on evaluating product launches, market expansions, acquisitions, and tooling investments while connecting commercial and supply-chain actions to P&L, cash flow, and operational efficiency.

What you will do
- Own forecasting, budgeting, performance analysis, and reporting for the assigned business area.
- Analyse revenue, margins, costs, working capital, inventory, procurement, fulfilment, logistics, and supply-chain performance.
- Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, Revenue Operations, and People teams to translate operational KPIs into financial insights and actions.
- Support pricing, promotions, product mix, channel, product portfolio, and purchasing decisions.
- Evaluate product launches, market expansions, acquisition targets, and tooling investments through financial modelling, ROI analysis, and business cases.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, cash flow, cost efficiency, and operational performance.
Requirements
- Experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, or Strategic Finance.
- Experience in e-commerce, consumer products, retail, distribution, or another physical-product business.
- Relevant undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including complex financial modelling and data analysis.
- Ability to work with large datasets and present clear insights to non-finance stakeholders.
- Fluent English is required; German language skills are an advantage.
Nice to have
- Professional qualification in progress or newly completed, such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA.
- Experience with Python, SQL, or VBA.
