IT ServiceNow Administrator (AI)

What you will do

• Administer, configure, maintain, and support the ServiceNow platform and core ITSM capabilities.
• Manage users, groups, roles, access controls, forms, fields, notifications, catalog items, workflows, Flow Designer, reports, and dashboards.
• Support Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog processes.
• Troubleshoot configuration and platform issues and collaborate with technical teams on integrations and complex problems.
• Support upgrades, patches, testing, platform health activities, documentation, security, change management, and governance standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve self-service, automate manual processes, and apply ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist and Virtual Agent.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration or configuration experience.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, users, groups, roles, forms, catalog items, workflows, Flow Designer, reports, and dashboards.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and enterprise IT service management environments.
• Basic familiarity with ServiceNow scripting, integrations, or APIs; advanced development experience is not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be a US citizen. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, organizational, and stakeholder collaboration skills are required.
