Production Designer (Financial Services)

Location: Remote - United States; a flexible hybrid work approach is also available based on the role and personal preference.

Base salary: $65,000–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and manage projects from initial concepts and layouts through production-ready files and final release.
• Create visual content for social media, blogs, brochures, print advertisements, email, websites, video animations, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Maintain brand integrity and adapt content tone for financial professionals, policyholders, and other audiences.
• Collaborate with project owners, stakeholders, designers, marketing teams, contractors, freelancers, and external agency partners.
• Manage project updates, priorities, checkpoints, timelines, and assets in Asana.
• Support brainstorming, design consultations, final production, and deployment while meeting quality and deadline requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design.
• Experience with print and digital design and advertising.
• Strong design, layout, typography, image editing, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, as well as Microsoft Office 365.
• Knowledge of pre-press, proofing, file preparation, resolutions, color modes, graphic design tools, prototyping, web, workflow, and content management applications.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Strong image editing experience with stock photography and headshots.
• Interest in new design techniques, trends, and software.
