Graphic Designer (AI)

Location: Cranbury, New Jersey, United States; hybrid work schedule

Salary: $45,000–$52,000 per year, depending on qualifications; eligible for an annual bonus program or commission incentive.

What you will do

• Create and produce print and digital advertisements, direct mail, websites, email newsletters, sales presentations, social media assets, signage, and live event collateral.
• Use generative image and video tools, Adobe Firefly, Creative Cloud AI features, and AI-assisted copy and concept development in daily design workflows.
• Apply brand, legal, and ethical judgment when selecting and reviewing AI-generated elements.
• Coordinate project workflows and deliver concurrent assignments on time while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Support Art Directors and Senior Graphic Designers with layout, production, and design execution.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, project management, and creative services teams.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of AI tools used in design and marketing workflows, including generative image and video tools, Adobe Firefly, and Creative Cloud AI features.
• In-depth understanding of visual communication, color theory, composition, hierarchy, aesthetics, typography, symbols, and 2D and 3D design.
• Strong project management, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in the hybrid Cranbury, New Jersey setup.

Nice to have

• Experience with HTML.
• Experience with motion graphics.
• Examples of AI-enhanced workflows that improved creative output or production speed.
