Designer (Packaging and Digital Commerce)

Location: Remote in the United States, excluding AK, DC, DE, ME, NH, NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, UT, VT, WY, WA, and WV.

Salary: $50,000–$65,000 USD annually, with pay determined by work location, experience, skills, and education.

What you will do

• Create visuals and communication for DTC and retailer eCommerce product pages.
• Translate briefs into creative solutions for packaging, brand, and digital commerce projects.
• Develop digital content and eCommerce design using current practices, including ADA compliance.
• Build presentation decks, present design rationale, and contribute to brainstorming and creative development.
• Own project execution, file organization, quality, accuracy, and delivery timelines.
• Support and mentor junior team members while maintaining communication throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• 3–4+ years of experience in packaging, digital, and/or brand design.
• Experience in CPG, food, beverage, wine and spirits, or technology.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Firefly, plus collaborative tools such as Miro.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, typography, composition, illustration, photography, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with macOS and Windows, InDesign, Keynote, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Food and beverage design experience.
• Familiarity with Adobe Substance, Adobe Dimension, and Figma.
• UI design experience for eCommerce.
