Senior Designer (Sports)

Location: New York, United States; hybrid workplace

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year

hirify.global is a sports streaming and media company delivering live and on-demand sports content through digital platforms.

What you will do

• Design static creative for hirify.global US sports rights, including MLB, NBA and NHL.
• Create social, digital campaign, editorial, promotional and marketing assets.
• Produce game-day, live-event, breaking-news, player, matchup, statistics and team-focused graphics.
• Translate briefs, concepts and data into polished visual designs aligned with hirify.global brand guidelines.
• Adapt creative across social, web, mobile and digital advertising formats while producing multiple variations efficiently.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, editors, content producers and motion designers on time-sensitive sports content.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in sports, media, entertainment, advertising or digital publishing.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong static graphic design and visual storytelling.
• Strong understanding of US sports, particularly NBA, MLB and NHL.
• Excellent knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong typography, composition, color, hierarchy and image-editing skills, with experience creating social-first content.
• Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines, manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience using automation tools and appropriate AI applications in creative production.
• Passion for sports and understanding of how sports fans consume digital content.
