Designer (Packaging and Digital Commerce)

Location: Remote within the United States, excluding AK, DC, DE, ME, NH, NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, UT, VT, WY, WA, and WV

Salary: $50,000–$65,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Create visual communication and product-page assets for DTC and retailer eCommerce.
• Translate briefs into creative solutions across packaging, brand, and digital experiences.
• Apply eCommerce design practices, including ADA compliance, and support digital content development.
• Develop presentation decks, explain design rationale, and present work to stakeholders.
• Manage project execution, file organization, quality, accuracy, and deadlines.
• Contribute to brainstorming, collaborate across project lifecycles, and mentor junior designers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• 3–4+ years of experience in packaging, digital, and/or brand design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Firefly, plus collaborative tools such as Miro.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, typography, composition, illustration, photography, and presentation skills.
• Strategic problem-solving, collaboration, communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Must be located in an eligible US state for this remote position.

Nice to have

• Experience in CPG, food, beverage, wine and spirits, or technology.
• Familiarity with Adobe Substance, Dimension, and Figma.
• Experience with UI design for eCommerce.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Keynote, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint across macOS and Windows.
