Graphic Designer III

Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States; hybrid work environment

Base salary: $95,600–$127,250 per year for new hires; full range $95,600–$172,260 per year.

Manages the hirify.global brand outside Asia across licensing, marketing, trading cards, animation, home entertainment, and digital platforms.

What you will do

• Design long-format publications, editorial layouts, logos, illustrations, and original visual media for print and digital formats.
• Develop cohesive visual systems aligned with brand requirements and maintain consistency across large-scale projects.
• Select typography, create sample layouts, prepare design drafts, and revise work based on feedback.
• Collaborate with brand, editorial, management, and project stakeholders to understand audiences and intended messages.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, participate in presentations, and keep deliverables on schedule.
• Track developments in design applications, print media, and design techniques.

Requirements

• Five to seven years of relevant professional experience or equivalent expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent applicable experience.
• Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite on Mac OS, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of print technology and pre-press processes.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, independence, and attention to detail.
• Online portfolio demonstrating graphic layout and logo design skills.
