Payments Analyst (iGaming)

Location: Hybrid role based at 30 Montgomery St, Jersey City, NJ 07302, USA

Salary: $54,000–$60,000 USD per year, plus performance bonuses

What you will do

• Monitor transactions and identify suspicious or unusual activity before it affects gameplay.
• Work with payment providers to resolve operational issues and customer queries in real time.
• Test and launch payment solutions that improve deposit and withdrawal speed and ease of use.
• Investigate player payment inquiries, chargebacks, and disputes.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Fraud, AML, and Customer Support teams to reduce risk and protect players.
• Identify improvements to payment operations and customer experience.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in online payments, banking, or financial operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, customer service, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong judgment and attention to detail when reviewing payments and player cases.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with online gaming payments and AML processes.
• Experience in online sports betting, casino gaming, or digital payments.
