Senior Manager, Fraud (Sports Betting)

Location: United States, remote

Salary: $140,000–$175,000 annual base salary, plus target equity

What you will do

• Own and grow the fraud program by identifying gaps in detection, decisioning, investigation, and mitigation.
• Lead and develop a high-performing fraud team with clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Design rules, signals, controls, and decisioning strategies across the full fraud lifecycle.
• Configure and tune fraud platforms such as Sift, Sardine, or similar tools.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data/Analytics, Operations, and Legal/Compliance to ship fraud capabilities.
• Use data, AI, automation, and new data sources to improve detection accuracy and reduce false positives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fraud, risk, payments risk, or a similar function.
• Experience leading and developing fraud professionals and holding teams accountable for results.
• Hands-on experience with fraud tooling and decisioning platforms such as Sift, Sardine, or similar.
• Strong understanding of fraud lifecycle management, rules, controls, signals, and decisioning strategies.
• Ability to analyze trends, form hypotheses, measure performance, and work with Data/Analytics.
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering to implement fraud capabilities and resolve ambiguous problems.
