Salary: USD 24.81–46.25 per hour in California, plus possible variable incentives

What you will do

• Support needs assessment, solution selection, design, development, implementation, reporting, and continuous improvement of learning solutions.
• Help align learning and development priorities with business and functional needs.
• Contribute to the design and development of sales, technical, and leadership training materials.
• Support tracking and reporting of activity against assigned project budgets.
• Assist with cost-benefit and business impact analyses of alternative learning solutions.
• Support content testing, pilot training, and delivery readiness activities.

Requirements

• First-level university degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Typically 0–1 years of experience in a training development role.
• Basic facilitation, content design, and consulting skills.
• Basic understanding of business and financial planning concepts.
• Ability to learn leadership, communication, change management, and project management skills.
• Ability to understand new tools, technologies, and systems.
